October 21, 2026 NEW YORK, NY — The Asian Wave Alliance (AWA), a nonpartisan political club, proudly endorses Saritha Komitareddy for New York State Attorney General, along with State Senator Stephen Chan and Assemblymembers William Colton, Lester Chang and Brandon Castro in the November 3, 2026, general election.

Saritha Komitareddy brings exceptional qualifications, extensive legal experience, and a commitment to restoring integrity and accountability to the Office of Attorney General. “We really appreciate that Saritha has made combating crime and fraud central to her campaign,” said Yiatin Chu, President of AWA. “Tackling disorder and lawlessness on our streets and in our subways shouldn’t be partisan”, Chu added.

AWA is proud to support the re-election of Senator Stephen Chan and Assemblymembers William Colton and Lester Chang. Their experience in Albany, established relationships, and deep understanding of their districts are valuable assets in advocating for constituents and delivering results. At a time when our communities face serious challenges, experienced representation and continuity matter. AWA also endorses Brandon Castro for the open Assembly seat in District 30. We believe our communities need a fresh voice in Albany who will champion safer neighborhoods and defend educational opportunities that help working and immigrant families achieve the American Dream. The open seat presents an opportunity to elect a representative committed to these priorities.

Together with Attorney General candidate Saritha Komitareddy, these candidates represent AWA's vision for a safer, more prosperous New York where hard work is rewarded, families can thrive, and children have access to excellent public schools.

AWA Recommends Voting NO on All Five NYC Ballot Questions

In addition to our candidate endorsements, Asian Wave Alliance urges New York City voters to vote NO on all five proposed amendments to the City Charter.

These proposals are being promoted as ways to make city government faster and more efficient. While AWA supports eliminating unnecessary bureaucracy, efficiency must not come at the expense of democracy, transparency, public accountability, or community representation.

Early Voting: October 24–November 1, 2026

Election Day: Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Our votes are our voice. Let's elect leaders who will stand up for our safety, prosperity, educational excellence, and the future of our communities.
